Why I’m doing this

I’m on a mission to help founders reach their goals using the power of story.

Across every product I’ve helped build and every OKR workshop I’ve run, the breakthroughs kept coming from the same places: storyboards, story maps, user stories and empathy. Story was the technology that made the difference, and the reason the goals actually got reached. So I built a way to plan with it.

Why story matters

The companies that win tell the best story.

The founders who pull ahead are the ones whose team, customers and investors can all repeat the same story. It is a planning tool, and it is a competitive advantage.

Brian Chesky borrowed the storyboard from how Disney made Snow White and mapped the whole guest and host journey, frame by frame. The story showed that the moments that mattered most happened away from the screen, and it reset the company's roadmap.

Every new product starts as a press release and FAQ, written before any code. Kindle and Prime both went through it. If the story does not hold, the project does not get built.
